Louie Zagordo, President
35 years of home building and home renovation expertise is packaged into Louie’s brain. He can take an idea see it through and build it. As a seasoned home builder, Louie prides himself on delivering luxury, style and value to his customers.
He has literally experienced every home building problem and worked out solutions to mitigate or overcome every challenge he’s faced. Louie’s new home builds and home renovation projects have earned SLV Homes regional and national home building awards and recognition for design, build and excellence. Louie sets higher than industry standards for himself and his team. He puts all his passion and commitment into every element of his work.
Louie is Past President of the Sudbury & District Home Builders’ Association, currently sits on the executive of the Ontario Home Builders’ Association as 2nd Vice President, and is a member of Tarion’s Construction Performance Guideline Committee. His work achievements have been recognized in several home magazines.

Alba Zagordo, Client Liaison
Alba offers over 20 years of new home build and home renovation expertise. Alba takes the stress, worry and concerns out of the home build or renovation process. You will find yourself letting out a huge sigh of relief after meeting with her and will instantly know you’re are in caring, capable, hands. Alba will expertly guide you through the design layout of your home to ensure your expectations, budget and important design elements are accounted for. Alba prides herself on listening to the wants and needs of her customers, understanding them and delivering more value than expected.

Laurie Hayes, Office Administrator
With strong attention to detail, Laurie’s experience as an office administrator expands over 20 years in both business and government. Laurie oversees the daily administrative functions of the office; including human resources, bookkeeping and records management.

Lori-Ann Young, Customer Service / Project Manager
Lori-Ann excels at relationship building. Her genuine and charismatic personality helps everyone she encounters feel at ease. Lori-Ann has combined experience in real estate as well as the manufacturing and construction industries. Key responsibilities included administration, purchasing, negotiation and management. Lori-Ann serves as the liaison between the SLV Homes team, clients, building officials and trades. Lori-Ann manages the effective coordination of people, processes and equipment so projects progress efficiently from concept to completion.
